New Addiction

I had a ton of papers to grade over the weekend, so naturally I decided it would be the perfect time to figure out Grandma Hayward's sewing machine. After reading through the manual from the 1950s, watching a YouTube video, and running to the store to buy more thread and bobbins, I finally got the sewing machine humming. I googled some patterns and the next thing you know, I was sewing away! I actually made a pretty cute tote, if I do say so myself!

I'm already planning my next sewing endeavors. I've been daydreaming about future projects, which may even include curtains for the house! Can't wait to buy more fabric tomorrow! :)
