I'm still addicted to the whole sewing thing. One of my students invited me to her Quinceanera, and I have been unsure of what to get her as a gift. Luckily, her older sister stopped by my classroom today and gave me a few juicy tips. Apparently she loves the color blue and really likes "boho bags." (I had to google "boho bag" at that point.) I went straight to the store after school and bought a couple of blue fabrics. After three hours (I'm not sure if I should be proud or ashamed of the time it took) I created the bag pictured below.
It's basically the same pattern as before, but I made it a little bigger and baggier. I also lengthened the straps and added some blue glass beads at the bottom. I hope Andrea likes it!
